Montagu’s harrier (Circus pygargus), a migratory bird of prey, belongs to the harrier family. It is a slim medium-sized long-winged raptor. It favours grasslands and marshes.
The male is pale grey with black wingtips. This bird was photographed from grassland in Bhigwan in India using Canon R5 with Canon 100-500 + 1.4 TC
