There are many Iguanas walking around the island but you have to look very, very carefully to find them. They blend in with the vegetation of the environment and it is really hard to see them, and when you do see one, it will act like it’s frozen and hoping you will walk away. Once you get closer this Iguana takes a fast walk and goes and hides in some vegetation, So that you can’t find them, like this one did to me. Iguana’s are not native to Florida, and were put in the wild after pet owners release them.
