The Blue Lake of Cervinia in early summer. It is located at 2000 m above sea level in Valle d’Aosta very often referred as Cervinia Beach. In recent years it has hosted animals such as mallards and many trout. The Blue Lake is certainly one of the most fascinating alpine lakes in Italy as well as that of Carezza, Misurina, in fact it represents the mirror of the Matterhorn.
Trout is the common name for fish of the Salmonidae family.This is Oncorhynchus mykiss, belonging to bony fish, widespread in freshwater environments. In these freshwater species, reproduction occurs in the winter months and the eggs are laid in environments with gravelly bottoms. In these mountain lakes sport fishing is often practiced, here at Lago Blu it is forbidden, it is an ideal place for contemplating the landscape, an oasis of peace in spring and autumn, a place of gentle ecstasy.
