This photo was taken by me in my back garden in Cummersdale, Lake District. The Dunnock is a regular visitor to my garden, and often likes to give me a satisfying and lovely pose, while it scurry's about the bushes. I think the Dunnock is a very underrated garden bird. It's marking are incredible, especially when caught in nice lighting. They can be very nervous birds and and are certainly one of the first out in the morning on the lookout for food.
